Julietta Guinasso is a non-union bicoastal actress primarily based in New York City. A major part of her heart is forever back at home in Seattle where she grew up and her big Italian family lives. Julietta’s first big move away from home was to Colorado, where she attended the University of Northern Colorado. It was there where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theatre and a minor in dance. After receiving her diploma from UNCo, she made her second big move to New York City. Initially living out of a couple of suitcases and the generosity of her friends and their couches, she’s grateful to say she’s resided in the city ever since. By day she's a non-union actress waiting patiently to be seen in the audition room or taking classes, and by night she's a bartender at the cutest mom and pop Italian restaurant in Harlem.

Julietta considers herself a strong actor, specializing in Meisner technique. For the past two years she has focused specifically on Meisner technique training. She will continue to study Meisner through acting classes at Matthew Corozine Studio in NYC. In addition to her acting training, Julietta has been vocally training with Colten Blair.

A major life event that shaped Julietta and forever changed her life was the passing of her father from stage four colon cancer (get your colonoscopy!). This left a massive hole in the hearts of people who had the honor to know him. He is her hero, and Julietta aspires to be as resilient, funny, and selfless as him throughout her life, both personally and professionally. It was after this great loss that theatre progressed from being Julietta’s fun hobby, to a sacred and safe space for vulnerability. Performing became a secure, intimate, and judgement-free way for her to experiment with emotions and choices.  Today, performing is a passion to her core.
